This Registration is valid for one participant to attend the Catalytic Coaching Mastery Program.

This 1-week program will be hosted online via Ring Central.

Attendees agree to be prepared for each Mastery Program session with completed exercises for that week and to actively participate in the session via video conferencing.

Sessions will be recorded and provided through the Learning Portal for reference. Attendees will retain access to the portal until 30 days after the close of the program session they are attending. Program participants are responsible for their attendance.

After Registration, attendees will receive access to the Catalytic Coaching Online software powered by Energage. This access will remain open for 30 days after final session. Attendees will also be given access to the Learning Portal, which will contain important information and exercises. A copy of Gary Markle’s book Catalytic Coaching: The End of the Performance Review and a copy of the Coaches Workbook will be shipped to each attendee.

CANCELLATION and RESCHEDULING POLICY:
There will be a 50% cancellation fee for withdrawing from a course within 4 weeks of program kick-off. This can be reduced to a 25% rescheduling fee if a commitment is made to attend the next scheduled program. The remainder will be applied toward future program registration and the balance will be due within 30 days to secure the future seat.

There will be a 75% cancellation fee if withdrawing from a course within 1 week prior to the program kick-off. This can be reduced to a 50% rescheduling fee if a commitment is made to attend the next scheduled program. The remainder will be applied toward future program registration and the balance will be due within 30 days to secure the future seat.

After the beginning of the program, no refunds will be given for cancellation or rescheduling. At that time, all payments are final regardless of an attendee’s completion of the program.

Refunds will be disbursed within 30 days of cancellation.
Catalytic Coaching Inc. retains the right to exercise discretion when applying this policy. Extenuating circumstances may be taken under consideration. All decisions made by Catalytic Coaching Inc. regarding the application of this policy are final.
