Debbie assists Gary in the operational aspects of Catalytic Coaching. She makes sure that when the rubber meets the road the wheels don’t fall off the bus.

Since her retirement from AT&T, Debbie has owned and operated several small businesses. She has a consulting firm that specializes in assisting small business owners streamline their back office so that they can enjoy the fruits of their labors, not the headaches that can accompany business ownership. Organization and to-do lists are some of her favorite things. She has served on the board of several Atlanta area non-profit organizations and continues to volunteer as her schedule permits.
