Lisa Burke - Lead Implementation Specialist
Lisa has taken a lead role in guiding organizations through the implementation process, leading Employee Orientations, Coaches Workshops and conducting In-Flight Training. She is also Gary’s co-instructor at our Catalytic Coaching Course.
Lisa has over a decade of experience working with clients and has unique insight on how to improve an organization’s entire culture.
Scott mullner - account executive
Scott is the Account Executive responsible for connecting with clients at the beginning of their Catalytic Coaching journey. As a former teacher with a Masters in Leadership Development, his passion is to help people understand how to get the most out of their employees and develop them into winning teams.
Scott is always available to discuss organizational culture and employee engagement, and ensure that our clients are getting the most out of their experience with Catalytic Coaching.
Debbie Shepherd - Executive Assistant
Debbie assists Gary in the operational aspects of Catalytic Coaching. She makes sure that when the rubber meets the road the wheels don’t fall off the bus.
Since her retirement from AT&T, Debbie has owned and operated several small businesses. She has a consulting firm that specializes in assisting small business owners streamline their back office so that they can enjoy the fruits of their labors, not the headaches that can accompany business ownership. Organization and to-do lists are some of her favorite things. She has served on the board of several Atlanta area non-profit organizations and continues to volunteer as her schedule permits.
