This 60-minute session will break down the most common issues managers face when tackling the green Development Plan meeting. We’ll be focusing on how to help employees create excellent goals, keys to coaching success, and open the floor for attendees to bring their own unique problems.

This session will be held from 4:00pm to 5:00pm EST on May 19th and November 9th.
