Includes a 45 minute one-on-one with Gary upon conclusion.
Where: Online via Zoom
After Registration, attendees will receive access to the Energage Coach Online software powered by Energage. This access will remain open for 30 days after the training concludes. Attendees will also be given access to the Learning Portal, which will contain important information and exercises. A copy of Gary Markle’s book Catalytic Coaching: The End of the Performance Review and a copy of the Coaches Workbook will be shipped to each attendee.
Attendees agree to be prepared for each Mastery Program session with exercises for that week and to actively participate in the session via video conferencing.
Sessions will be recorded and provided through the Learning Portal for reference. Attendees will retain access to the Learning Portal for 30 days after the training concludes. Program participants are responsible for their own attendance.
Additional seats may only be purchased with one full priced seat.
Additional seats may only be applied to attendees from the same organization.
If an Additional Seat has been purchased by an individual that does not have a colleague from the same organization attending the same Mastery Program, that Registration is subject to cancellation and a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted.
Order Additional Coaches Workbooks
This workbook provides reference and training material for coaches. A coach is anyone that has a direct report they’ll be providing performance management for through the Catalytic Coaching process. The full color booklet includes coaching session suggested dialogue, practice pages, examples for coaching sheets, diagrams and process maps, terms and definitions, and a quiz.
Shipping and handling to one location within the United States is included.

Order Gary's Book
Each Catalytic Coaching Mastery Program attendee will receive one copy of Gary Markle’s book Catalytic Coaching: The End of the Performance Review as part of their curriculum materials.
Additional copies for team members or colleagues may be purchased on Amazon.
CANCELLATION and RESCHEDULING POLICY:
There will be a 50% cancellation fee for withdrawing from a course within 4 weeks of program kick-off. This can be reduced to a 25% rescheduling fee if a commitment is made to attend the next scheduled program. The remainder will be applied toward future program registration and the balance will be due within 30 days to secure the future seat.
There will be a 75% cancellation fee if withdrawing from a course within 1 week prior to the program kick-off. This can be reduced to a 50% rescheduling fee if a commitment is made to attend the next scheduled program. The remainder will be applied toward future program registration and the balance will be due within 30 days to secure the future seat.
After the beginning of the program, no refunds will be given for cancellation or rescheduling. At that time, all payments are final regardless of an attendee’s completion of the program.
Refunds will be disbursed within 30 days of cancellation. Catalytic Coaching Inc. retains the right to exercise discretion when applying this policy. Extenuating circumstances may be taken under consideration. All decisions made by Catalytic Coaching Inc. regarding the application of this policy are final.
